A S-Coach account guarantees automatic success. Students are supported while they "take charge of their future". Specially trained Study Coaches provide one-on-one tuition in all subjects. An emphasis is put on obtaining higher grades in both internally assessed subjects and exams. A goal setting programme called RAP/POG tracks student progress while the whole system alters thinking in a small but profound way. Students have access to a large in-house database of subject resources and "secret success formulae" used by top students.

In free account the communication section allows students after setting up their profile to access forums and private messaging facilities. In the personal detail section students record what papers and subjects they are studying. This section is the supported by the Time Management section where students, through their calendar, set goals and tasks.

By organising subjects and having an automatic review schedule for each, the software encourages students to write swot notes as soons as they finish a section and review them regularly.
